ABOUT MCAN:
Mwanza Children Action Network (MCAN), is Non- Governmental Organization (NGO), based in Mwanza Tanzania. MCAN began in 2017 as coalition of churches working with children in Mwanza under the union of Christian Churches. Currently Mwanza Children Action Network is registered Under NGO Act, with registration number 00NGO/R/3097 to support and enhance Organization’s efforts to ensure that every child lives in a safe and secure environment, free from all forms of abuses, violence and exploitation and is capable of enjoying all their rights.
The desire of forming Network of organizations working with children is to make the bigger impact across the nation through engaging, learning, praying planning and working together for children.
